Devin E. West currently serves as the Pastor of Pilgrim Baptist church in Hamilton, Ohio. Pastor West is a native of Franklin, Kentucky. Since accepting his call to the preaching ministry in 2004, he has earned a B.A. in Pastoral Counseling from the American Baptist College in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Pastor West is currently pursuing his doctorate at the Antioch University in the Leadership and Change Program, with a focus and concentration in Transforming and Organizational Leadership. 

Pastor West fulfills his assignment of delivering the gospel of Jesus Christ through weekly worship services on Sundays and Wednesdays and by hosting a nationwide First Fruits Prayer Call every Thursday morning. Numerical and Spiritual growth has taken place at the Pilgrim Church and the Lord is still moving with His hand of favor upon Pastor West. He is continually active in various community and ecumenical groups, working closely with city leaders, officials, and local and global Pastors. He serves as the Pastor and Overseer of Pastoral Renewal in the FOCCUS (Fellowship of Christian Churches United in Service) and is set to become a duly consecrated Bishop within the Fellowship in the of our Lord 2025. He has worked on various boards and helped to energize organizations with his exuberance and commitment. He has held positions such as Dean of Christian Education and Associate Dean. He looks to bridge the gap of racial divide that continues to hinder and hurt our churches, leaving them bereft of change. He is also a loving husband to Sandra Andrade-West, and a generous and nurturing father to Devin, Dasani, Dominique, and Destiny.
